Cleared, not scored.

Selection courses publish standards, not points. These plans rank your gaps against the published gates, train the demand each assessment implies, and say plainly where nothing is published.

The roster runs from a three-week PAST tune-up to a year-long JTF2 build. It covers the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force, plus Canada, Germany, Norway, the United Kingdom, Poland, France and Israel. Two are detailed below, and the full index follows.

Pipeline 01

Civil Affairs selection prep

A load-carriage and team-task course, not a running course and not a strength course. Training it as either is the most common way to arrive underprepared.

Published entry standards treated as hard gates, resolved to your age and sex.
Rucks at 55 lb, following the proponent's own preparation plan, built toward roughly 15 minutes per mile.
Odd-object and team carries, the least-trained part of this assessment.

Pipeline 02

Special Forces A&S prep

The Special Warfare Center and School's own handbook training plan, carried in full over 24 weeks and two phases, with a documented cut to 40 lb rucks in the week-8 reduction rather than an invented percentage.

Three entry paths. Where you start depends on where you stand against the handbook's readiness standards.
Rucks build to 55 lb; timed circuits are AMRAP blocks at 80–90 percent, weight added only while rounds hold.
Companion plans in the catalog: SFAS THOR3 and Pre-SURT.

Entry standards and progressions come from each publisher's own document, such as the Civil Affairs standards table, the Special Warfare Center and School's SFAS handbook and the services' preparation guides. Where an assessment publishes no number, the plan trains the demand and says so. No standard is invented here. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Department of Defense or any armed service.
